Mindful Waves OT aims to support individuals to feel heard, acknowledged, and valued. We understand that the journey is not linear, and that everyone is on a different path. We hope to nurture that path and provide a service that has purpose and meaning.
Who we work with
At Mindful Waves OT, we commonly work with the neurodiverse community as well as individuals experiencing mental ill health. We value a holistic, individualized, and neuro affirming approach when working with our clients to enable empowerment.
